 Rigorous Fire Tests - Cycle, Fire and Hose Stream Test An actual wall section of the system is replicated in the testing facility. Under controlled conditions the wall is put through a series of tests to measure its resistances. Water pressure is applied to the burning system by the hose stream from the prescribed distance. The flame is extinguished and the burn resistance rate for the wall system is established. Tested and Approved with major fire-stop manufacturers. SLP-TRK® has tested with most of the major manufacturers and has secured over 200 UL listings. It meets the requirements of all standard building codes. SLP-TRK® along with each of its testing partners have undergone extensive testing by UL certified testing agencies to achieve this status. |
